JEE Main 2020 Application form and Registration Dates

It’s time to gear-up your speed. The students who aspire to make a career in the field of engineering need to apply for JEE Main examination. So don’t miss the opportunity. NTA has released the examination dates of JEE Main 2020.

Here are some Important dates:



Admission form- 2 September 2019
Last date of Form Submission- 30 September 2019
Availability of JEE Main 2020 Admit card- 6 December 2019
Examination Date- 6 January 2020 – 11 January 2020
Result Date- 31 January 2020
Note: You must have a valid email id, contact number, Scanned Photograph and your scanned Signature.

Highlights of JEE Main:



Mode of examination- Online
Attempt limit- Two (Jan & April)
Duration of Exam- 3 Hours
Total number of questions: Paper 1 - 90 (Each subject will have 30 questions)
Type of Questions - Objective having 4 options each with only 1 correct option
Age limit- No
Application Fee- For Boys- Rs. 500 & For Girls – Rs. 250
Marks- Total of 360 Marks
Marking Scheme - 4 marks will be awarded for every correct response; for the incorrect response, 1 mark will be deducted. No marks will be given for unattempted questions.
Medium of paper - English or Hindi (Candidates from Gujarat, Daman & Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli can opt for Gujarati as well)
